About toob

toob is a full fibre (FTTP) internet service provider focused on Southampton, Portsmouth and surrounding areas of south Hampshire. They build their own fibre infrastructure directly to homes — completely independent of Openreach — enabling them to offer symmetrical gigabit broadband (equal download and upload speeds). toob has expanded rapidly since launching and is frequently praised for fast installation times and competitive pricing. For residents in their coverage area, they are often the best-value gigabit option available.

All speed data is sourced from real user tests submitted to BroadbandSpeedTest.uk.com. Speeds shown are median values — not averages — making them resilient to outliers. Minimum 3 tests required for an ISP to appear. Last updated hourly.
