info How rankings are calculated

Rank Score uses a Bayesian weighted average — the same method used by IMDb and Letterboxd. ISPs with fewer tests are pulled toward the overall average until they have sufficient data (≥10 tests for full weight). This prevents a small number of fast results from pushing a low-sample ISP to the top unfairly.

Download / Upload / Ping columns show the raw median (not mean), which is resilient to outlier results. Only ISPs with 3 or more tests are shown. Confidence bars indicate data reliability. All data is from real UK user tests submitted to BroadbandSpeedTest.uk.com.
