About TalkTalk

TalkTalk has positioned itself as the value broadband provider in the UK market, consistently offering some of the lowest prices for entry-level fibre packages. Like Sky and Plusnet, TalkTalk uses the Openreach network, meaning physical speeds are comparable — the difference is in pricing, customer service and included extras. TalkTalk has faced criticism for customer service historically, though they've invested in improvements. Their no-lock-in contract options make them popular for those who prefer flexibility.

All speed data is sourced from real user tests submitted to BroadbandSpeedTest.uk.com. Speeds shown are median values — not averages — making them resilient to outliers. Minimum 3 tests required for an ISP to appear. Last updated hourly.
