About Merula

Merula is a UK ISP catering primarily to small businesses, developers and technically demanding users who need reliable broadband with static IP addresses, IPv6 support and professional-grade customer service. They offer business-focused broadband packages over the Openreach network, as well as leased lines for organisations requiring guaranteed bandwidth. Merula's customer base overlaps significantly with Andrews & Arnold users — those who prioritise connectivity quality and technical support over price.

All speed data is sourced from real user tests submitted to BroadbandSpeedTest.uk.com. Speeds shown are median values — not averages — making them resilient to outliers. Minimum 3 tests required for an ISP to appear. Last updated hourly.
